I’m Mozimuse, a Sudanese artist now based in Nairobi, forging a voice through defiant sounds rooted in Sudanese rhythms and melodies. Drawing on Sahara blues traditions—akin to the desert blues fusion pioneered by Tuareg and Malian musicians—I blend Sudan’s war‑scarred refrains with East African soul, ambient pop, and rebellious, genre‑bending styles . My music emerges from exile, memory, and resilience—an unapologetic expression shaped by displacement, resistance, and creative rebirth in Kenya.
